Past Exams and Assessment Reports
The Dutch Extended Level Syllabus is designed for students who have previously studied Dutch for about three to four years (approximately 300 to 400 hours) at post-primary school level. However, students with experience that differs from the above may also elect to study Dutch at this level. A significant number of students study Dutch to communicate with the language community in Australia. For most students Dutch is a second language. It is hoped that more students whose family background is not Dutch will study the language in future.
